Our client is a shipbuilding company founded in 1987 in northwestern France, starting with the production of various types of vessels, such as trawlers, transoceanic yachts, coast guard boats, and other vessels for diverse uses. Currently, due to its dynamic development, the company reports a high demand for welders who are ready to work with aluminum.
The employee’s task will be welding elements of vessels and ship sections, as well as their equipment. Aluminum welding using MAG 136 powder method according to the client’s instructions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a MAG welder in a shipyard,
• Good physical condition,
• Experience in working with aluminum (or willingness to learn),
• Certificates or photos of welds,
• Driving license (preferred),
• Knowledge of English or French (preferred).
• Monthly salary starting from 3400€ net,
• Basic working time of 44 hours per week,
• Free accommodation in a single room,
• Employment based on a French work contract,
• Possibility of overtime,
• Reimbursement of travel costs – 3 times a year up to €250,
• Salary payment to account by the 12th of each month,
• Possibility of weekly advances,
• Support from a French-speaking coordinator.
