CNC vertical turner (Any gender)

A stable employer in the precision machining sector with an international presence. The company carries out projects for demanding industrial sectors (primarily aerospace), relying on a modern machine park and high quality standards. Work is performed in an organized production environment, with an emphasis on precision, safety, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be producing the same part over a 3-year period. 

• 35-hour machining cycles involving numerous setup operations.

• Programming and program editing skills are required.

• Your mission will involve operating 3 CNC vertical lathes for 
  machining casings.
• You will follow a detailed manufacturing process sheet which must be strictly adhered to.
• You will be responsible for inspecting parts using traditional measurement tools and completing reports.
• Ideally, you are familiar with Siemens and Num controls.
• We will provide training on operating these 3 machines and machining this part in 
  compliance with the production guidelines. 
• You will work in a 3-shift rotation (3×8h).

Required profile:

• You are experienced in working with large-scale components. 

• You have knowledge of ISO programming and are proficient in reading technical blueprints.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in vertical lathe machining.

Financial conditions:

• What we offer

  · Pay rate from €14.00/h, negotiable based on experience

  · Shift work (3-shift system),

  · Opportunity for overtime,

  · Employment under a French work contract,

  · Salary paid by the 12th of each month,

  · Option for weekly advance payments.
