Vertical CNC lathe operator (Any gender)

Scope of duties

• Operating vertical CNC lathes in accordance with technological documentation,
• Mechanical machining of large industrial components,
• Setting machining parameters and supervising the process,
• Quality control of finished parts using traditional measuring tools,
• Preparing measurement reports,
• Ensuring compliance of parts with technical documentation and quality standards,
• Cooperating with the production team to optimize machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working on Vertical CNC Lathes,
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on CNC Lathes,
• Ability to read technical drawings,
• Experience in machining large components will be an additional asset,
• Knowledge of the Sinumerik control system is preferred,
• Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work in a team.
