Responsibilities
The duties of the person hired for the position of plastics assembler will include:
- Operating CNC milling machines with the Heidenhain control system,
- Setting up CNC machines for specific machining processes,
- Selecting cutting tools and machining parameters according to technical documentation,
- Dimensional inspection of manufactured components using measuring tools,
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing machining process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience working on CNC milling machines,
- Ability to select cutting tools and machining parameters,
- Knowledge of Heidenhain control systems,
- Ability to read technical drawings,
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.,
Nice to have:
- Experience in the aerospace, defense, or precision metal machining industry,
- Experience in machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, or other difficult-to-machine materials.

- Salary of €3,000 - €3,200 net per month for 40 hours per week,
