Formwork carpenter (Any gender)

As part of a temporary assignment, we are looking for an available and proactive Formwork – shuttering carpenter to work on a construction site located in Le Havre (76600).

As a true hands-on professional, you will handle panel formwork operations in an industrial environment, ensuring the quality of the finished structures as well as strict compliance with safety regulations on site.

Your mastery of panel formwork techniques, gained in demanding industrial environments, will be a decisive asset in carrying out this mission with efficiency and commitment!

We are looking for a thorough, autonomous professional with strong practical field experience, able to quickly integrate into an operational team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a formwork/shuttering carpenter.
• Significant experience in an industrial environment is required.
• Solid proficiency in panel formwork techniques (positioning, wedging, alignment, stripping).
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards and the ability to apply them daily.
• Reactivity and availability, key qualities for a temporary assignment.

Assets that will make a difference:

• Experience in industrial settings (heavy industry, petrochemicals, energy, infrastructure).
• Industrial safety certifications: N1/ATEX…
• Team spirit and a passion for hands-on site work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate on-site constraints.
• Proactive approach to solving technical issues.

Remuneration will be determined based on your experience.

• Erect and align formwork panels according to execution plans.
• Carry out concrete pouring and oversee formwork stripping within the designated deadlines.
• Check the conformity and quality of the completed formwork structures.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety guidelines specific to industrial sites.
• Maintain and service the formwork equipment provided.
• Be capable of carrying out physical labor as well as solving complex technical challenges.
