The offer
Your main duties will include:
– Blueprint reading
– Assembly / tack welding
– Welding
Prepare and organize your workstation to ensure efficiency and safety
Set up your equipment and perform MAG 135 / TIG welds according to blueprints
Retrieve and inspect parts prior to assembly; perform necessary preparations: drilling, beveling, tapping, etc.
Assemble parts of various shapes in accordance with industry standards
Inspect the dimensional and functional compliance of finished parts; perform finishing work: grinding, deburring
Maintain manufacturing documentation
Perform basic first-level maintenance and take care of your equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Communicate regularly with your workshop supervisor
Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in welding / metalworking
Proficiency in MIG/MAG and TIG welding processes
Blueprint reading skills and good spatial awareness (3D)
Comfortable using measuring tools and material handling equipment
Thoroughness, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
Autonomy, responsiveness, and team spirit
Essential skills

Working hours: Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Standard day shift
5:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Morning shift
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Afternoon shift
Salary: From €12.31 gross/hour (higher depending on experience)
Compensation benefits: 10% end-of-assignment bonus + 10% paid holiday allowance
