Scaffolder (Any gender)

As a true field leader, you will carry out the erection and dismantling of scaffolding under the direction of the team leader.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Organize and coordinate daily work tasks
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with deadlines.
• Support and guide your team's development.
• Actively take part in operations whenever necessary.
• Be capable of participating in physically demanding tasks as well as resolving complex technical issues.
• Be proactive in offering effective solutions to challenges encountered on site. A world-unique technology
• You will work on a site utilizing: An aluminum multidirectional scaffolding system.

Comprehensive training on the specific products will be provided upon your arrival, if necessary.

You are a hands-on manager, recognized for setting an example and your ability to bring your teams together.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a scaffolder.
• Training or certification as a Scaffolder / Scaffolding Erector.
• Successful initial experience on large-scale projects (civil engineering structures, heavy industry, infrastructure, energy, etc.).
• Strong proficiency with multidirectional scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
• Assets that will make a difference: Experience in an international or multicultural environment. Natural versatility.
• Strong organizational and anticipation skills. Team spirit and a passion for on-site field work.

Assembling metal structure elements, Securing a job site area, Moving materials to the storage area, Fastening metal structure components, Installing metal structure elements

Training – Fixed scaffolding, CACES certification – R408 – Scaffolding
