Scaffolding team leader (Any gender)

As a true hands-on leader, you will manage a team of approximately 10 scaffold erectors.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and coordinating daily tasks
• Ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
• Supervising, supporting, and developing your team.
• Actively taking part in operations whenever necessary.
• Being able to participate in both the most physically demanding tasks and the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Proactively proposing effective solutions to challenges encountered on site. A world-unique technology
• You will work on a site utilizing: A patented multidirectional aluminum scaffolding system, exclusive to our client and recognized as a unique innovation on the market 

Comprehensive training on specific products will be provided upon your onboarding.

You are a hands-on manager, recognized for leading by example and for your ability to unite your teams.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Scaffolding Team Leader.
• Training or certification as a Scaffolder / Scaffold Erector.
• Proven track record on large-scale projects (civil engineering structures, heavy industry, infrastructure, energy, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in multidirectional scaffolding systems.
• Valid driver's license (category B) required.
• Key assets that make a difference: Experience in an international or multicultural environment. Natural leadership.
• Strong organizational and anticipation skills. Team spirit and passion for field work.
