Scaffolding team leader (Any gender)

As a true hands-on leader, you will oversee and direct a team of approximately 10 scaffolders.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing your team.
• Actively taking part in site operations whenever necessary.
• Being able to handle both physically demanding work and complex technical problem-solving.
• Proactively proposing effective solutions to challenges encountered on site. A world-first technology
• You will work on a site utilizing: A patented multi-directional aluminum scaffolding system, exclusive to our client and recognized as a groundbreaking innovation in the industry. 

Comprehensive training on these specialized systems will be provided upon onboarding.

You are an approachable, hands-on manager, recognized for leading by example and unifying your teams.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Scaffolding Team Leader.
• Formal scaffolder training or certification.
• Proven successful experience on large-scale projects (civil engineering works, heavy industry, infrastructure, energy, etc.).
• Strong command of multi-directional scaffolding systems.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
• Assets that will set you apart: Experience working in an international or multicultural environment. Natural leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and foresight. Team spirit and a passion for field work.
