The offer
Our client manufactures vessels for the coast guard and military. They prioritize quality above all else, meeting the stringent standards of the defense industry. They are currently looking for experienced hull / shipyard fitters for their ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include the prefabrication and assembly of vessel components manufactured by the company, working from technical drawings and blueprints. The work is carried out entirely on carbon steel of various thicknesses. The shipyard specializes exclusively in new builds and does not carry out repairs or refits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shipyard fitter,
- Ability to read technical drawings,
- Tack welding skills.
Nice to have (not required):
- Driver's license,
- Knowledge of English or French.
What we offer
- Salary of €3,250 net per month based on a 43-hour workweek,
- French employment contract,
