Responsibilities

The duties of the person employed as a plastics assembler will include:

• Operating CNC milling machines with the Heidenhain control system,
• Setting up CNC machines for specific machining processes,
• Selecting tools and cutting parameters in accordance with technical documentation,
• Dimensional verification of manufactured parts using measuring tools,
• Solving technical issues and implementing improvements to machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience working on CNC milling machines,
• Ability to select tools and cutting parameters,
• Proficiency with Heidenhain controls,
• Ability to read technical drawings,

• Ability to work with measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.,

Nice to have:

• experience in the aerospace, defense, or precision metal machining industries,
• experience in machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, or other difficult-to-machine materials.

• Salary of €3,000 – €3,200 net per month based on 40 hours per week,
