Vertical CNC lathe operator

We are looking for experienced CNC Lathe Operators to work in France, machining large components for the aerospace industry.

This offer is aimed at experienced professionals interested in stable employment in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

• Operating vertical CNC lathes in accordance with technical instructions,
• Working on DORRIES vertical lathes with Siemens 840D control systems,
• Machining large aerospace components,
• Setting machine parameters and monitoring the machining process,
• Measuring and inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools,
• Preparing measurement reports,
• Ensuring the quality and compliance of parts with technical documentation,
• Collaborating with the team to optimize machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes,
• Experience working with large-scale components,
• Ability to read technical drawings,
• Proficiency in using measuring tools,
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems is a plus,
• Precision, self-reliance, and a responsible approach to work.

What we offer

• Salary: €2,700 net per month for 39 hours/week during the onboarding period,
• Salary: €3,100 net per month for 44 hours/week after the onboarding period,
• €150 net car allowance + fuel supplement,
• An average of 44 working hours per week after the onboarding period,
• 3-shift work system: morning / afternoon / night,
• Legal employment based on a French employment contract,
• Single-room accommodation provided,
• Possibility of weekly salary advances,
• Safety footwear and initial workwear provided,
• Support from a Polish-speaking coordinator throughout the contract duration, including assistance with official, insurance, and organizational matters.
