Vertical CNC lathe operator

We are looking for experienced CNC Lathe Operators for a position in France involving the machining of large-scale components for the aerospace industry.

This offer is aimed at experienced professionals interested in stable employment within an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

The employee’s main tasks will include:

• Operating vertical CNC lathes in accordance with technical instructions,
• Working on DORRIES vertical lathes with Siemens 840D control systems,
• Machining large aerospace components,
• Setting machine parameters and monitoring the machining process,
• Measuring and inspecting finished parts using precision measurement tools,
• Preparing measurement reports,
• Ensuring the quality and compliance of parts with technical documentation,
• Collaborating with the team to optimize machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes,
• Experience in working with large-scale components,
• Ability to read technical drawings,
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools,
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems is a plus,
• Accuracy, independence, and a responsible approach to work.

What we offer

• Remuneration: €2,700 net per month based on a 39-hour work week during the onboarding period,
• Remuneration: €3,100 net per month based on a 44-hour work week after the onboarding period,
• €150 net car allowance + fuel allowance,
• An average of 44 working hours per week after the onboarding period,
• Work in a 3-shift system: morning / afternoon / night,
• Legal employment under a French employment contract,
• Accommodation in a single room,
• Possibility of weekly salary advances,
• Safety footwear and initial work clothing provided,
• Support from a Polish-speaking coordinator throughout the contract, including assistance with administrative, insurance, and organizational matters.
